For over 20 years, Russell Mark has worked with the highest performers in swimming. He contributed to the historic success of the last 5 US Olympic Swim Teams through a blend of coaching, data-driven feedback, and technology integration. He has worked directly with Olympic champions like Katie Ledecky, Simone Manuel, Nathan Adrian, and Michael Phelps – and has used that experience to help the broader swimming community in best practices for swimming technique and the best culture and environment for performance.

Currently as ASCA's Performance & Education Advisor, Russell is giving the swim coach community access to everything that he has learned over the years. He is studying age group and club success in order to help coaches bridge the years from age group to elite performance.

Greg Meehan, who was named the 2020 U.S. Olympic Women's Swimming Head Coach, enters his 13th season as the Director of Women's Swimming at Stanford in 2024-25. The three-time NCAA Swimming Coach of the Year led Stanford to back-to-back-to-back national championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Meehan has also continued Stanford’s unmatched streak of never finishing outside the top 10 at the national championship.

In his 13 seasons with Stanford, Meehan has mentored six Pac-12 Swimmers of the Year, eight Pac-12 Newcomers of the Year, and has won six Pac-12 Coach of the Year awards. He has coached the Cardinals to 18 national championship relays and 28 individual national championships.

An experienced coach at the Olympic level, Meehan mentored five Olympians and one Paralympian, serving as the 2020 U.S. Olympic Women's Swimming Head Coach as well as an assistant coach for Team USA at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris. In that span, Meehan worked extensively with Olympians Maya DiRado, Torri Huske, Katie Ledecky, Lia Neal, Simone Manuel, and paralympian Brickelle Bro, combining to win 19 medals (ten Gold).

Brad Schumacher is a former competitive swimmer, water polo player, and Olympic gold medalist. Schumacher is a two-time, two-sport Olympian. He was a member of the winning relay teams at the 1996 Summer Olympics. Four years later, he was a member of the U.S. men's water polo team at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

Schumacher's two gold medals came as a member of the U.S. men's swimming relay teams at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta: in the men's 4×100-meter freestyle relay and in the men's 4 × 200 m-meter freestyle relay. Although Schumacher qualified for both swimming and water polo for the 2000 Olympic Games, he chose to compete only in water polo. At the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, he helped the U.S. men's water polo team to a sixth-place finish.

Schumacher is the co-founder of KAP7 International, Inc.and he spends his time as the head coach of SET water polo club in Southern California that continues to rank among the top water polo clubs in the country. His 18-and-under girls club team won the gold medal at the 2009 S&R Sport National Junior Olympics.
